📘 Mental Health Legislation Amendment Act 2014

Amends the Mental Health Act 1996 and the Mental Health Act 2014, along with the Criminal Law (Mentally Impaired Accused) Act 1996 and the Guardianship and Administration Act 1990. It also validates certain past actions related to the Chief Psychiatrist and other medical practitioners.
