📘 Nickel (Agnew) Agreement Amendment Act 2023

This Act amends the Nickel (Agnew) Agreement Act 1974 to ratify a 2022 variation agreement between the State and BHP Nickel West Pty Ltd. It authorises the implementation of the 2022 variation agreement, relating to nickel mining operations.
