๐ Anzac Day Amendment Act (No. 2) 2016

This Act amends the Anzac Day Act 1960 to allow the Minister to approve alternative amounts to be paid to the Anzac Day Trust by event organizers instead of a fixed percentage of ticket sales. It also updates the calculation of payments to the Trust.
Impact
Event organizers holding events on Anzac Day are affected, as they can now apply for Ministerial approval for alternative payment amounts to the Anzac Day Trust. The Anzac Day Trust is also affected as the amount it receives may change.
