The Commercial Tenancies (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020 was enacted to protect small commercial tenants in Western Australia from eviction and other adverse actions during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency period. It modifies leases to prevent certain actions by landlords.

Landlords are restricted from taking certain actions for breaches related to rent, operating hours, or other prescribed acts/omissions.
