This Act amends the Constitution Act 1889, the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899, and the Electoral Act 1907 to reform Western Australia's electoral system. It also makes consequential amendments to the Local Government Act 1995 and the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 and repeals the Electoral (Ballot Paper Forms) Regulations 1990.
