📘 Coroners Amendment Act 2018

This Act amends the Coroners Act 1996 to allow coroners to not investigate certain reportable deaths due to natural causes and to not make findings on how a death occurred if there is no public interest. It also clarifies the particulars to be provided to the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
