๐ Criminal Appeals Amendment (Double Jeopardy) Act 2012

This Act amends the Criminal Appeals Act 2004 to allow for the retrial of acquitted persons in certain circumstances, specifically when fresh and compelling evidence emerges or the original acquittal was tainted. It also amends other acts consequentially.
