๐ Criminal Law Amendment (Intimate Images) Act 2019

The Act amends the Criminal Code to introduce offences related to the distribution of intimate images without consent, including threats to distribute such images. It also amends the Restraining Orders Act 1997 and the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Act 2004.
