The Fair Trading Amendment Act 2022 amends the Fair Trading Act 2010 to incorporate amendments to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as they occur at the Commonwealth level, subject to a disallowance process by the WA Parliament. It also repeals section 36 of the Fair Trading Act and the Fair Trading (Permitted Calling Hours) Regulations 2014.
