📘 Road Traffic Amendment (Blood Alcohol Content) Act 2019

This Act amends the Road Traffic Act 1974 to remove the back calculation of blood alcohol content (BAC) and makes minor amendments to related acts. It updates how BAC is determined for certain offences.
