📘 Health, Safety and Civil Liability (Children in Schools and Child Care Services) Act 2011

This Act amends the Civil Liability Act 2002 and the School Education Act 1999 to provide liability protection for staff providing emergency medical assistance to children and to update health and safety requirements in schools.
