📘 National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Screening) Act 2020

This Act establishes a worker screening process for individuals working in connection with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Western Australia. It aims to protect people with disability from harm by assessing the suitability of NDIS workers.
