📘 Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies Amendment Act 2011

This Act amends the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies Act 2011 to provide for the imposition of certain levies. It inserts new subsections into sections 4 and 7 of the principal Act to explicitly state that the levy is imposed.
