📘 Railway (Roy Hill Infrastructure Pty Ltd) Agreement Act 2010

This Act ratifies an agreement between the State of Western Australia and Roy Hill Infrastructure Pty Ltd for the construction of a railway in the Pilbara region. It also modifies the Railways (Access) Act 1998 and the Railways (Access) Code 2000 to accommodate the new railway.
