๐ Small Business Development Corporation Amendment (COVID-19 Response) Act 2022

This Act amends the Small Business Development Corporation Act 1983 to empower the Corporation to provide financial assistance, grants, and operational funding to small businesses and related non-government organizations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Impact
Small businesses in Western Australia will be affected positively through access to financial assistance, grants, and operational funding. Non-government organizations working with small businesses will also be able to receive funding. The Small Business Development Corporation's powers and responsibilities are expanded.
