This Bill amends the Gender Reassignment Act 2000 to abolish the Gender Reassignment Board and transfer its functions to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT). It also amends the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 and the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 as a consequence.
