This bill amends the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 and other Acts to allow the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal to determine the remuneration of certain executive officers (CEOs) of Government entities (GTEs). It also sets out how CEO remuneration is determined when the Tribunal's jurisdiction is not activated.
