This Bill amends the Daylight Saving Act 2006 to provide for a referendum on daylight saving to be held on 20 October 2007. It also adjusts the dates for a trial of daylight saving.
Impact
The entire population of Western Australia is affected as they will have the opportunity to vote on whether or not to implement daylight saving. Businesses and individuals will be affected by any changes to daylight saving times.
