โ49A. Modified penalties (1) This Act is taken to be โ (a) a prescribed Act for the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Act 2004 Part 2; and (b) prescribed under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994 section 12(1) as an enactment to which Part 3 of that Act applies.โ
