โ19E. Failure to comply with directions 26 If a person refuses or fails to comply with a direction given to the person under section 19D(1) or (2), the person commits an offence. Penalty: a fine of $10 000.โ

โ19G. False or misleading information 27 A person must not give information to an authorised officer that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular. Penalty: a fine of $5 000.โ
