“(1) An application for a licence must be — (a) made in the approved form; and (b) accompanied by the prescribed fee.”

“35A. Infringement notices and Criminal Procedure 8 Act 2004 9 (1) If this Act is a prescribed Act for the purposes of the 10 Criminal Procedure Act 2004 Part 2, this section 11 applies in relation to the service of an infringement 12 notice under that Part by an authorised officer in 13 relation to an alleged offence under this Act.”
