Report of the Parliamentary Inspector concerning Procedures Adopted by the Corruption and Crime Commission relating to Surveillance devices

This WA parliamentary committee report examines the Corruption and Crime Commission's (CCC) procedures regarding surveillance devices. The Parliamentary Inspector recommends amending the Surveillance Devices Act 1998 to allow individuals to apply to the Supreme Court for confirmation that surveillance devices have been removed from their homes after an investigation has concluded.
