This WA parliamentary committee report examines the Corruption and Crime Commission's (CCC) procedures regarding surveillance devices. The Parliamentary Inspector recommends amending the Surveillance Devices Act 1998 to allow individuals to apply to the Supreme Court for confirmation that surveillance devices have been removed from their homes after an investigation has concluded. The Committee ultimately decided not to express a view on the merits of the recommendation.
