Referral of Letters by Resolution of the House on 20 February 2008 Regarding the Report of the Select Committee of Privilege on a Matter Arising in the Standing Committee on Estimates and Financial Operations - Hon Julian Grill

The Procedure and Privileges Committee investigated whether letters from Hon Julian Grill's counsel constituted an apology as ordered by the Legislative Council. The Committee found the letters did not constitute an apology and that Hon Julian Grill was in contempt of Parliament for non-compliance. The Committee recommended Hon Julian Grill be admonished and his parliamentary privileges revoked.
