The WA Legislative Council's Procedure and Privileges Committee reviewed the Council's Standing Orders in 2013, following the adoption of a new set of Standing Orders in 2011. The report addresses issues arising from the new orders and proposes amendments to improve the orderly transaction of Council business. It also revisits a previous report (No. 24) that lapsed due to prorogation.
