Approves temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for cycling races in Kwinana, Serpentine-Jarrahdale, Kewdale and Rockingham. Racing to be confined to the left of the carriageway on specified roads. Temporary suspension applies to Regulation 130 (2) of the Road Traffic Code 2000 (to allow cyclists to ride in a peloton and overtake each other more than two or three abreast).
