Permission is given for the use of fire in the open air during restricted burning times for destroying garden refuse or rubbish in a rubbish tip. This applies to Pilbara Iron Company (Services) Pty Ltd employees and contractors operating within the Pannawonica Deepdale Landfill, located within the Shire of Ashburton, subject to conditions in Schedule 1.
