The Shire of Dalwallinu gives notice that an application (and general plan and description) under s.55 of the Health Act 1911 has been forwarded to the Chief Health Officer of the Department of Health. The application is for retrospective approval of an existent sewage system located in Wubin. The system receives wastewater from three commercial premises and is discharged into Reserve #29878.
