Made by the Chief Psychiatrist under section 539 of the Mental Health Act 2014. This order may be cited as the Mental Health (Authorised Mental Health Practitioners) Order (No. 8) 2020. This order comes into operation as specified. The mental health practitioners specified in Schedule 1 to this order are designated as Authorised Mental Health Practitioners.
