Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 48a of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby set aside the following area of water for the purpose of water skiing— lake kepwari: all waters of lake kepwari excluding the gazetted 5 knot speed restriction areas and the area closed to motorised vessels in the lake’s north-east. providing however that all water skiing activities take place in a water depth of 1.5m or greater, the direction of all water skiing activities shall be in an anti-clockwise direction and water skiing is only permitted within the daylight hours of sunrise to sunset.
