Anthony Thomas Bullen, Acting Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 8 November 2002 and published in the Government Gazette dated 15 November 2002 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 7 November 2022.
