Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Emilio Leoni late of 12a Loch View in Craigie Western Australia, deceased, who died on the 18th of December 2025 are required by the executor Sharon Bennett to send the particulars of their claim to Sharon Bennett 12a Loch View Craigie Western Australia 6025 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
