Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act. This order is the Retail Trading Hours (Shire of Plantagenet) Christmas Variation Order 2020. This order comes into operation as follows—(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. The Mount Barker IGA Supermarket, 14 Lowood Road, Mount Barker is authorised to be open at times when the shop would otherwise be required to be closed- (a) on each day specified in the Table; and (b) during the hours specified for that day in the Table.
