The Minister for Planning and Lands has approved, as modified, the abovementioned amendment to the Metropolitan Region Scheme. The amendment is shown on Amending Plan 3.2869/1 and is effective on and from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette. The purpose of the amendment is to rezone approximately 19.84 ha of land in Mount Lawley under the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS).
