Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close all of the following waters to swimming, between the hours of 8.00pm and 8:45pm on sunday 5th march 2017—point walter foreshore, swan river. Area of closure: All the waters within a 150 metre radius of the firing point located at approximately 32°0.632′s, 115°47.318′e. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
