Allen Glen Beard of late of 49 Sandpiper Loop, Yangebup in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2 September 2025 are required by the administrator Natalie Gail Beard to send particulars of their claim to 21 Panarea Crest, Yangebup WA 6164 by the date that is one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
