Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 February 2026 are required by the deceased’s personal representative Manon Ashley Arnold, c/- Steedman Stagg Lawyers, Level 29, Allendale Square, 77 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000, to send particulars of their claims to her within one month from the date of the publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
