Exempts Power Dinghy Racing Club Incorporated members from compliance with lifejacket requirements when participating in certain power boat races in the Western Australian Powered Water Sports Area and Lake Towerrinning, subject to conditions including adherence to DTMI's letter, the Risk Management Plan, wearing a level 50S lifejacket, and navigating in accordance with regulations. Valid until 1 August 2027.
