Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on the 11 january 2019 are required by the executor martin theodore de haas and christine de groot of care of 11 pinnata mews, churchlands to send particulars of their claims to them by no later than 31 january 2020 after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims on hand.
