ED401 SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 DECLARATION AND AMENDMENT OF LOCAL-INTAKE AREAS (Pursuant to Section 60) The Director-General has declared that the local-intake areas for the primary schools listed hereunder are to be changed and shall be as stated in this notice. ALKIMOS NORTH EAST PRIMARY SCHOOL (PLANNING NAME) (5881) The following defines the local-intake area of this school from 2027— From the intersection of Eglinton Boulevard and Marmion Avenue, north east along Eglinton Boulevard (south side included) and its north eastern extension to the future Mitchell Freeway extension, north along the future Mitchell Freeway extension (east side included) to the locality boundary between Yanchep and Eglinton, east and south along this locality boundary to the locality boundary between Yanchep and Carabooda, east and north along this locality boundary to Old Yanchep Road, south east along Old Yanchep Road (south west side included) to the locality boundary between Carabooda and Nowergup, south and west along this locality boundary to Kiln Road, generally west along Kiln Road (north side included) to Karoborup Road, south and west along Karoborup Road (north side included) to Romeo Road, west along Romeo Road (north side included) to Marmion Avenue, and north along Marmion Avenue to Eglinton Boulevard. ALKIMOS BEACH PRIMARY SCHOOL (5848) The following defines the local-intake area of this school from 2027— From the intersection of Marmion Avenue and Hawksbill Drive, north along Marmion Avenue (west side included) to intersection Modernism Avenue, generally west through the Waste Water Treatment Plant (Alkimos Coastal Node to the south and not included) to the Indian Ocean coastline, south along the coastline to a point on the western extension of Pandora Drive, east to and along Pandora Drive (north side included) to Macquarie Street, east along Macquarie Street (north side included) to Selacosa Avenue, east along Selacosa Avenue (north side included) to Dolphin Drive, nor
