Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Peter John Miles and Cynda Miles, who died on 11 May 2018, are required by the trustee, Raymond Francis Page of care of Shaddicks Lawyers, to send particulars of their claim to him by the 31st day of January 2021, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
