Amends the Co-operatives Regulations 2010 to include the Co-operatives National Law Act 2020 (Queensland) and inserts regulation 38B regarding notice forms.

These regulations amend the Co-operatives Regulations 2010. Regulation 4 is amended to include the Co-operatives National Law Act 2020 (Queensland). Regulation 38B is inserted regarding the form of notice requiring production of documents or attendance to answer questions (section 408). Schedule 7B is inserted regarding the form: notice under section 408(1).
