Enacts the City of Perth Dogs Local Law 2025 and repeals the City of Perth Dog Local Law 2011.

The council of the City of Perth resolved on 25 March 2025 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of Perth Dogs Local Law 2025 and applies throughout the district. The City of Perth Dog Local Law 2011 is repealed.
