Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the undermentioned deceased person are required by the executor of this estate to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
