I, chris shaw, the director general of the department of mines, petroleum and exploration, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 9(1) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, declare the following land to be an abandoned mine site for the purposes of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012— access from great northern highway along lissadell road and lissadell pastoral tracks to the former smoke creek exploration site. being the land shown hatched in black set out in the schedule.
