I hereby declare that each person who is an accredited pilot pursuant to Regulation 3 of the Road Traffic Code 2000 named in the attached lists are โauthorised personsโ within the meaning of and in accordance with Regulation 271 of the Road Traffic Code 2000 for the purposes of Regulations 272(1)(a), 272(1)(d), 282(2) and 286 of the Road Traffic Code 2000โwhilst performing their functions in the facilitating the safe movement of an oversize vehicle escorted by an accredited pilot.
