The Western Australian Planning Commission delegates to the City of Gosnells, pursuant to section 16 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, all functions, powers, rights, and duties of the Commission regarding compensation claims under the Land Administration Act 1997, as modified by the Planning and Development Act 2005, related to land depicted on Department of Planning Plan Numbered 3.2580 for Improvement Plan No. 39—Lissiman Street Precinct. The City of Gosnells shall not make any contract or incur any expenditure exceeding $1,000,000 without the Minister's prior consent.
