Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was found on 2/07/2025, are required by the personal representative Anna Poh Ean Ong c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, PO Box 1114, Morley, WA 6943 to send particulars of their claims to her by the 18 April 2026, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice. ———————————
