These rules amend the Liquor Commission Rules 2007. A party to proceedings may obtain a copy of any document the party is entitled to inspect under section 16(11)(b) of the Act or a transcript of the proceedings. Cost per page to obtain a copy of a document a party is entitled to inspect under section 16(11)(b) of the Act or a transcript of proceedings (rule 14) is $5.00.
