Laura Hunter, delegated by the Minister for Local Government, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of the Local Government Act 1995, has determined that the method of valuation to be used by the City of Wanneroo as the basis for a rate in respect of the designated land is to be the gross rental value of the land, effective from 3 June 2026.
