In the matter of dorothy leslie carder, late of aegis parkview, 6 drummond street, redcliffe, western australia, deceased. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on 5 may 2018, are required by the executor, hugh richard carder of 261 harrison road, boscabel wa 6394, to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one month of the publication of this notice, after which the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor then had notice.
